With  the new iPhone app, you can now keep a copy of all the Nursing Best Practice Guidelines in your pocket. This app provides access to up to date, evidence based research for nurses to use in their practice anywhere, anytime.

The internationally recognised nursing guidlines, produced by the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO) are now directly available for download to your phone, laptop, or desktop.

The Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO) has condensed all of the published RNAO guidelines currently available in English and French for use through point-of-care technology. Nurses have provided very positive feedback about the use of PDAs and are actively using the condensed versions of the guidelines in their practice.

The RNAO's BPG App, is now available for download at the Apple Store. The App, can be downloaded to your iPhone or iTouch, contains the condensed versions of RNAO's 42 Clinical and Healthy Work Environment Best Practice Guidelines.

For more information and instructions related to the download of the App to your iPhone or iTouch, please visit www.rnao.org/apps/apple or go directly to the Apple Store at http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/rnao-nursing-best-practice/id386783615?mt=8.

The Blackberry app will be available shortly.
