The University of Minnesota School of Nursing, established in 1909, is distinct in being the first continuing nursing program on a university campus. The School has the largest graduate program at the University of Minnesota and a flagship baccalaureate program with an honors program option. Dr. Edward and Anneli Taub : Dr. Taub pioneered the practice of Integrative Medicine, as a biosocial and psychospiritual approach to health maintenance and healing. He was the first Wellness Medical Director of a major hospital in the United States and also gained national prominence as the first Wellness Medical Director for Organized Labor.
The School of Nursing, York University : From its inception in 1993, the School of Nursing at York University has placed emphasis on global health issues within all its programs, which is consistent with the University’s commitment to promoting social justice, equity and global health. York offers full and part-time graduate and undergraduate degree programs to over 50,000 students in 11 faculties.
The Louise Herrington School of Nursing, Baylor University : The university's  undergraduate and graduate programs have an outstanding reputation based on excellent faculty, curriculum, and students. Dr Victor Sierpina is the Professor of Family Medicine with tenure at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas. Michelle Sierpina is the Founding Director of Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at UTMB.
